look in any musclemag you want...then look in the mirror...you can be anywhere between those two extremes...the choice is yours - to get any better than you look right now takes discipline, diet, hard work, and commitment. Once you max that out, then use drugs to go to the next level. | ||

I posted these about a 8 weeks ago. I was after my first gear bulking cycle. I did Dbol/Deca/Sust for 9 weeks. I ended up hitting 275 at 5'10", was very uncomfortable, back was killing and was too heavy too fast so I took 3 weeks off lifting, didn't eat a hell of a lot and ended up at 260. Just finished 4 weeks of dieting to drop some weight now at 242 wondering why the hell I am cutting up in New Hampshire where it is cold and I don't even compete. Bring on the food! | ||
