Starting a 400mg 10 week primo only cycle. Currently 5'10 185 lbs 8%bodyfat. What kind of diet wiil produce the maximum gains? (Cal/carb/prot/fat ratio's) Any opinions and advice always appreciated.

Clean with higher protein and low fat...moderate carbs.

Primo works without tons of food. BUT, it works better with a well balanced diet. I love it!

Just to add to bb4424;

High protein and high calories will get you more bulk.

Low fat, High protein, moderate carbs will get you more cuts.

I would opt for the first and adjust diet after cycle (unless you have high BF%).

looking for a 10-15 lb gain and maintain 8% body fat. How does a 3000 cal 45% prot, 35% carb, 20% fat diet sound? I weigh 185 now
