First, I had to change accounts because I lost my password. OK. Well I would say like 5 years ago I was big into steriods. I took Anadrol-50 by Syntex 30pills. I took Half a 30cc bottle of Testosterone Suspension by Steris. I took 100 pills of Russian D-bols. I took 20-30 pills of Polish Metabol. I took 10cc's of Norandren-50 by Brovel. I took 10 preloads of Sustonon 250 by Organon. I took 3 or 4 amps of Testosterone Ethenate by Shering Plough. And a few others which I can remember. But to tell you the truth all I can say that I got from it looking at me now is that my stomach is bigger, and I hold alot more water then I used to. I followed all of the cycle instuctions that are in the Underground handbook also. You so called pros tell me what you think then come talk to me.

What about your diet? It's all wasted if your diet AND routine are not just as specific as the AAS. From your post, you have all the specifics of everything you took as of roids and such but had no emphasis on anything else. That may be an indication to the answer your looking for. I'm not a PRO per say, but that's what I got out of your question.

Just my opinion.

Well, sounds like you used too much. Conservative dosages lead to long-term benefits. Heavy use (once discontinued) leads to unwanted results.

I do try to eat as much protiens at least 150-250g of protien a day. I lift useing a strict form with slow reps. I run to try and cut up. 2thick you say that I should have taken smaller amounts and spread them out. I think that was my problem too but in the books it says that cycleing is the best way because it shocks your system. Using little amounts is almost useless because there will be not effects.

You need more protien. When I dont use anything I still eat over 300 g per day of protien.
