Just wondering if anyone else has had this experience. I take Prilosec everyday for GERD. Everytime I'm on a cycle I get heartburn really bad, the gear seems to render the Prilosec useless.. I've searched all over the net for any information on this, but haven't been able to find anything. Just curious if anyone else has had this experience? ------------------     | ||

Rocco, Are you taking orals? Maybe thats it. Its doubtful injectables would cause it. Any relation to "Rocco" Siffredi? Your sig says the "deeper the better" LOL ------------------ | ||

YMK- Actually I have experienced this with injectables as well. This is something I tried to research over the summer,with no luck. I had actually forgotten about it, but I started my cycle on sunday, and the heartburn is already here. Sorry no relation, The sig. refers to pin size. I had a buddy who passed out when he saw the 1-1/2 pin, and we all just said "The deeper the better" I guess it just stuck. Rocco you may want to increase the dosage of the prilosec. I don't know how much you are taking but most likely while you are on the gear you are increasing the acidity in your stomach even more than the norm. If you are taking it once a day you need to take it twice a day. If you are already doing this with no relief then you should be taking it with another med. Something like prevacid should work great. You could try the prilosec with propulsid but you may have a problem getting this one. The scare about the propulsid was do to a lot of other factors. One being if you were taking it while on a antibiotic. |
