here is what I have tried personally...

Tuna & mustard -- the mustard hides the flavor and u kindda forget its tuna.
Tuna & peanut butter crackers -- take a bite of tuna and eat a peanut butter cracker.. hides ALL of the tuna flavor.

After a while its hard to choke down tuna can after tuna can and u have to be creative to make it taste better.. give me some suggestions.

I like substituting fat free ranch dressing for the mayo, and I also add dill relish.
I think it's great.

I can't even look at tuna. On Sundays I buy some four pound roast beef(s) ($10-$15) and cook it, then I eat roast beef all week in place of the dreaded tuna. It may be more expensive than tuna but it tastes so much better.

Mix 1 can of Albacore tuna with 1 tbl of mayo, 1 tbl of flax seed oil, 1 tbl of ground flax and a squirt of mustard. Cut a green pepper in half and fill each side with half of the tuna mixture.

I agree, buy Albacore. It almost tastes like chicken, and you can buy it in bulk and save some $ if you go to Sam's Club. It's got more protein, tastes better, and also has the omega-3 and omega-6 essential fatty acids which regular tuna doesn't have. As far as preparation, I usually eat it plain but i sometimes add salsa or balsomic vinegar. Weird but it tastes good to me.

After eating it just about every day for 12 years I have given it up. I am absolutely sick of its bland taste and every time I get as much as a whif of it I wanna throw up. OK occasionally I still have the odd tin, but not everyday anymore. I used to be on a tight budget and tuna is one of the cheapest sources of protein. After going through 14 200g tins a week though it tastes like dog food. I now use chicken, steak, eggs a lot more.

I kinda worked my way from regular mayo to lowfat mayo and then finally right out of the can. Great supp to have at the desk. I usually have 8 to 10 stacked on my desk. Naturally, I get called "tuna boy" a lot.

If you've ever had raw tuna sushi - Man! That shit is good!!!! Don't listen to what your "I don't eat fishing bait" friends say - it's higher in protein than the cooked stuff and you can eat a lot of it in one sitting. Unfortunately, to eat as much as I'd like to eat you just about have to take out a loan before you go out to eat it. If you live near a japanese supermarket you can get it by the slab, reasonably priced, and if the supermarket is run by Japanese people you don't have to worry about the condition of the meat. Just my 2 cents....

Me I eat it right out of the can with crackers. Only tuna in olive oil for the saizen. None of that water shit. If I buy tuna it has to be Italian. I tasted some shit from other countries and man do they leave a dirty snatch taste in your mouth.

Or another way that I eat it, is to add relish, mustard and mayo mix it up and down it with crackers

Tuna with balsamic vinegar is good.
Tuna with hot sauce is good.
Tuna with fat free ranch is good.
Tuna with mayo is the best, but too much fat.
Always out of the can, and always albacore.

Yup...gotta love the tuna, its a staple.

try this out: cheap, quick and tastes great.
1can o' tuna
1packet of ramennoodles (or ghetto brand equivalent)
drain the ramen noodles and throw in anytype of seasonings you want. makes for a nice blend of protein, carbs and fats.......
