Is there a difference in how each helps your joints?

Which one would be better or does it not matter?

Are you talking about the medication mineral ice??? If so, I would thing that mineral ice would be better because of the IB in it...
Actually I don't see how either can help joint pain.. Maybe muscle/tendon pain..

I'm not real familiar with mineral ice, tell me what's in it and I'll say what I think. Ice has widespread systemic effects, dealing with blod circulation and the release of inflammatory blood factors. Ice has real benefits, for the acute phase of injury mostly (1st 2 weeks or so). One thing I like to do for joints is contrast bathing. You apply ice or an ice bath (40-50 degrees F)to the joint for 4-5 minutes, then put it in a nice warm tub (100-106 degrees F) for 4-5 min. Next do 3-4 min cold and same time warm. Do about 4 cycles. This creates a nice "pumping" action, squeezing old blood (and injury waste products) out of an area with the cold, then pumping in fresh blood with the warm. Try it, let me know what you think. Peace!

For injuries like strains and sprains, ice will bring relief and ease swelling. Mineral ice sort of heats and relieves soreness. Flexall is a great product for sore or overworked body parts.
