Hey yall, Im wondering, I had the gyno surgery last Friday, and recovering, You should wait atleast 6 weeks for any exercises, to be on the safe side, even 8 weeks..... I took the bandages off for the first time, and was wondering, I knwo it takes time for the healing process to be done, but my lower portion of the pec I had the surgery on didnt look at all near the way the right one did, it was puffy and didnt have any stritations like the right one, by the way i only had it on the left one, but should it start to get that normal look again on the lower portion, if any knows what i Mean respond, this is bothering me.

HEY BRO. I HAVENT HAD THE SURGERY YET, BUT IM DUE TO GO UNDER THE KNIFE IN NOVEMBER. FROM WHAT MY SURGEON TOLD ME, THE AREA THAT THE SURGERY IS PERFORMED ON IS NORMALLY GOING TO SWEEL UP LARGER THAN IT WAS BEFORE YOU EVEN HAD THE SURGERY. THE MUSCLE AND TISSUE IS BRUISED AND SORE, THIS CAUSES THE SWELLING. STAY CALM AND BE PAITENT. IT MAY TAKE WEEKS OR A MONTH OR TWO UNTIL YOU SEE THE FINISHED RESULTS....GOOD LUCK...ZEUS
