For example, when I want to make a long distance phone call from home I log on and use Yahoo messenger's net-to-phone feature. I save money on MRPs by using soy isolates more often. Hell, I tried using unflavored Purina Supro from the big bag. Tell you what, add some baking cocoa and some sweetener and it isn't that bad (although soy never tastes good). To add carbs to my homemade MRPs I'll make lots of homemade mashed potatoes without salt, and add those. If I want some fat, I'll drink some oil on the side. I'll buy whole fryer chickens for no more than $0.50/lb, cook em, eat what I want, boil the carcass and make gumbo using the leftover meat, the stock, and lots of rice and potato. That makes for tasty cheap eating. Same with making a huge pot of chili; it's cheap and there is always food in the fridge ready to eat (best not stand downwind though). I was planning on saving money with powders, but with the recent rash of siezures I'm holding off. It's only saving money if they arrive, and if I don't have to pay any legal fees. With gas being so f*<king expensive, on those rare occasions I'm not in a rush to get somewhere on a freeway, I'll just pull my guzzler SUV behind a fast moving semi and catch some draft from it. It raises the MPG by about 10, partly from driving slower. When the girl wants to go out for dinner and a movie, I volunteer to cook and just do rentals. The food is better (if I do say so myself) and while we never end up watching the whole movie, things are much more convenient. Making ends meet isn't easy right now bros. I'd appreciate any tips you have on how to save money. While you might think this belongs on the chat board, I'm posting here for two reasons; one, saving money will have a significant effect on how much gear I'll get. thanks for some of your ideas dr. atlas. one way i save money on animal proteins is go to a meat market and buy yesterdays meats. it is usually frozen but as long as it makes me grow and saves me dollars, i am all about it. definetly check it out! | ||

Coupons, coupons, coupons--for groceries, restaurants, etc.! Also, when you have a bad experience somewhere, write a letter to the manager! I hear you guys with the money issue. My girl is in a different town, and I don't have a job, so I have to hit up the parents for gas money...which leaves presents, summer job $ and anything I have already that I can sell to fuel my cycles. I am in college by the way. I'm not a 35 year old lacky. | ||

I max out my 401(k),Invest the max. yearly in a Roth IRA,buy stocks here and there.I am a buy and hold investor.I estimate i'll be able to retire at 50,with millions(God willing).I will need that money for juice in my senior years.HEHE ------------------ | ||

Sell crack or any other drugs that are addictive. But really try buing juice(fruit) in those frozen concentrates and not those expensive ass jugs. And try to(if you can stand it) get generic brands. Usually those Equate brands at Wal-Mart are the same for like half the price. | ||

Just invest all of your money that you do have on gear and get massive. Then you can become Mr. O and make millions. Oh actually you won't be able to 'cos I am. You could always become a rent boy. |
