I'll keep ya'll post of my results and sides. Last night I soaked the pillow w/ sweat. I hope sleep isn't effected tonight. My urine has been dyed to neon yellow, and the shits, the runs you name it. I have the bathroom smelling like something died in there. I'm at 227 @ 12% bf 6'0. My first 3 days was 800mg daily then I'll go to 400mg for the remainder 5-6 days depending how I handle the sides. Mike...are you taking any supplements to help with your cycle? I'm near the end of an 8-day/600mg cycle and the only side I've had is sweating during sleep. I'm taking 3g Vitamin C, 3g Taurine, 1500mg Magnesium, 1g, Calcium, 1 Centrum per day, drinking over 2 gallons of water, and am taking 3mg Melatonin prior to bed to help with the sleep. The water is definitely helping to keep me cool and the Melatonin is really helping with the sleep. My workouts aren't even suffering. I think the key to any DNP cycle is greatly increasing water intake. I can actually feel my body heating up if I go any longer than 30-40 minutes without water, and when I get some water in me I quickly cool down. 800mg? I heard you were not suppose to go over 600mg? How are you feeling? Tired? Sweating during the day alot? Appetite loss? How much have you lost? How much are you trying to lose? | ||

I wonder if low dose cycles of say 200mg a day for 7 days, 1 wk on 1 wk off, would be safer than 1 heavy cycle every 3-4 weeks.?? twice as many cycles but maybe a little safer. | ||

I take 3 tbls of glycerol a day. Also 3mg of C and maximum doses of the other antioxidants. I've been drinking 1.5 gal a day. Just tired at times and a bitch to get to the 4th floor where I work. I'm teased by the older guys at work cause by the 3rd flight I resemble a old man. So far the sides aren't as bad as I've read. But, different srokes for different folks. I get dry mouth during the night. My arms have gotten so hard w/ veins throughout. So far great shit. I hope it does a good job for my receptors. | ||

good cycle mike. I like to start with highter doses and drop and do for at least 10 days a cycle. And for whoever asked, 200mg/day is shitty, it wont do any good. | ||

Mike, at the dosage you on, you better focus on hydration and staying as cool as possible. Check your temp regularly and I suggest that you get some immodium AD fast. The shits with DNP is a quick way to dehydrate your way into a heat stroke. Speaking from experience....... | ||

800mg and you are going to drop some major fat! My first cycle I did 200mg for only 6 days and 400mg on day 4, mainly to assess how my body would respond to the DNP. Best to be safe than sorry for the first time. I would say 200mg/day is shitty but a good idea for a first cycle to assess your tolerance(I weigh 166lbs, so it was a good starting dose for me). I had no problems with this, only sweated a little more than usual when I did cardio. I didnt notice much fat loss, maybe a little around the midsection. I did loss about a pound however. My next cycle is going to be 400mg/day. | ||

Hey pup'nirn, i agree with you about keeping hydrated, but in my experience, the 800mg for 3 days wont be enough to dehydrate him. The 600mg days shouldnt be a problem, i had about a gal a day and was fine But be better safe than sorry, i personally am good with keeping hydrated with less water. Pup'nirn knows his shit too, so take precaution. | ||

I didn't sweat as much last night, that pissed me off cause I expect the sides to show it's working. But I'll know a few days after. I still get tired quicker than usual. I'm not hot at all. Still drinking over a gal of water or crystal lite. | ||

I'm about to start my first DNP cycle. I'm going to do it mainly to clean out my receptors, but also to cut up some. I'm 190, about 6-7% BF. Should I take 800 mg per day?? Also, waht amino acids/vitamins/minerals/etc will I need??? Everything, I mean EVERYTHING anyone knows will be appreciated and used by me when next week rolls around. I will keep everyone posted as to all the results/sides when I start. Thanks. | ||

WHY TAKE THE STUFF AT 12% BODY FAT??? SEEMS LIKE A LITTLE HIGH. WHY NOT ECA/CYTOMEL/DIET AND THEN USE THE DNP TO LOSE THE FINAL FEW LBS? I HAVE TAKEN DNP, IT DID WELL... LOST 7 LBS IN 7 DAYS...
