UMMM - I did read that post. I also posted similar info the previous week. That is why I said he should be using the Creatine. Packing the food away means eat everything in sight. Packing the Creatine means the same thing. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

Creatine also causes SQ H20 retention. Use a mild diuretic or also s alot better and safer idea is arimidex at 1/2 tab eod and watch the salt and excess carb intake ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
