K I have heard several different answers to this question and gonna ask it for the last time seeing as you guys are wiser then any of the shit heads at my gym! When training on a cycle should i increase my rep range from say 6-8 to say 12-15 a lot of people are telling me this I have no idea why. I have always heard that higher reps are used for more endurance and diet incouraged folks. Also should i be increasing the amount of sets i am doin or exercises for each bodypart seeing as how my body will be recovering faster? I am confused and just wanted to ask you guys how you see this? Also about the rep ranges i am a slimmer guy a hardgainer I guess you good say is there any specific rep range that is specified for my sort of metabolism or body type. I have been using 8-12 rep range and have good results just wanted to see if i could make them better thanks guys
