Bros' Just finished week 3 of a ten week cycle of omnadren and d-bol. Doing the Omna at 500mg/week and did 3 weeks of d-bol at 30mg. I gained a shit load of water weight from the d-bols so I tapered them off, but I am still holding alot of fat and water. I've been eating everything in sight and havin 1-3 proein shakes per day, but I think it is too much. Basically, I've gotten bigger, but it is mostly bodyfat and water. Wondering if there is a way to make the most out of the rest of this Omna while losing some of this pudge? Should I eat only protein all day with just a few carbs? I've never really tinkered with diets before because I've always been naturally lean, but not anymore! If anyone can give me a few tips for dieting, I would be grateful. THANX. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

You should have had your diet planed before you started. It sounds like you know very little about proper diet wich is the MOST important aspect of success in bodybuilding. You should have understood diet long before you ever embarked upon a cycle. It is probably too late to figure out a diet that works for YOU so you will now be left unsatisfied with your cycle due to your lack of preparation and knowledge. Eating everything in sight is not the idea of a good diet nor is it the way to go about proper growth. You should know what it takes to make your body grow and you should also know the fine line where your body will stop using those calories for growth and start storing them as fat. This takes time and experimentation, a process you have neglected. Do you have any idea of how many calories you are consuming and what your nutrient potions/ratios are? If not this would be the first step in determing and solving your problem. You need to know what you are puting in to your body that is causing these undesired efects. Post more information such as these facts and your body composition stats(age, height, weight,bf%) and then perhaps we can figure out the problem. There is one simple answer though. If your getting fat your EATING TOO MUCH. ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
