It started hurting last week on chest day!!! Especialy after I did declines!!! It hurts if you touch the bone where the trap and delt meet??? I went to the doc and took some pics!! He said he didn't see anything wrong!!! WTF!!!!!!! Something has to be wrong!!!! But I guess the injury was kinda worth it!! I benched 300 pounds 4 times on my last set of 7 sets!!!!! HELL YEAH!!!!!!!! GOTTA LOVE THAT FINA!!! ------------------     | ||

Hey, it seems like there is a acromioclavicular joint epidemic going around right now. The bone you describe... quote: kinda sounds like where the acromion process of the shoulder blade and the clavicle meet. Heavy loads place a lot of stress on the joint. It could be a lot of things though, but if you can reproduce the same pain by pressing on the AC joint, it seems the likely suspect. That is work for a PT, preferably one with an orthopedic specialty. Peace! ------------------ | ||

for the last 2 weeks of my heavy cycle ihad the exact same problem. it almost felt that someone hit me with a bat. does your shoulder feel bruised ? man mine did. if you have access to beverly international products try there joint care. freaking incredible!!! its hands down the best on the market and they guarentee there products. give it a try. gotta roll, gotta grow. ------------------ | ||
