Is that possible? I just started my latest cycle today and I like to drink tons of water to help keep my BP lower. I know it sounds weird but it works well for me. The more I drink the lower it'll stay. I'm at about 2 gallons+ a day. Is that too much for some dumb reason? Thanks, Green

Nope,2 gallons is ideal. The more water you drink=the more water you excrete.

Yeah, i was wondering the same thing. If you drink more water, does that mean you will not hold as much water? Or will it make you hold more when you are on a AAS cycle? Just curious. Huck? what do you think?

I know the more you drink the less you'll hold. I just wanted to make sure for some weird reason I was over doing it. It helps me out a lot! Later, Green

ps Thanks huck!

When the body receives more than enough water,it recognizes this and releases water to compensate.Extra water intake keeps the body from holding on to its water stores so aggressively,so the more you drink, the less bloat you'll experience.

Just keep an eye on your electrolyte balance,
sodium, potassium ect...

You should do fine.

I had this conversation with my doc a couple of years ago.
He claimed that a typical person can not drink "too much" water. The only exceptions that he has ever seen were mentally ill patients that uncontrolably drank excessive amounts of water.
1-2 gallons per day just makes you feel better I think.

I've never heard of someone drinking "too much" water before...2+ gallons is great if you can take it all in. Like was said, water is good for the body, and flushes it out.
