What would be a typical diet for an 8 week 500mg per week Sust cycle? I am currently 5'10 208 13%BF. I am looking to bulk up some more than cut after the holidays... I was thinking (Monday through Friday) 8am: Myoplex 10:30am:Protein Shake 12:30pm:Turkey Sub 3:00pm: Cottage Cheese & Englisk Muffin 6:30pm: Dinner(Fish or Chicken, Bread and Veg) 10pm: Protein Shake Weekends I plan on eating whatever I want on Saturday and Sunday..... ANy response and advice would be appreciated. I am about to finish my last Collge Football season and now it is time to get big and cut like a bodybuilder.....Thanks ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

Ok, for a sust bulking diet i'd suggest you double that for decent results. Add at least a pound or two of lean beef, some pizza and some pasta with meatballs. Do this: Imagine a hungry grizzly bear in a supermarket ... how much would he eat? Your body is going to be surging with over a gram of testosterone at some points. Thats well over 20 times the amount of a normal human male. You must eat as according to that ratio as u possibly can. I'm currently doing a 750sust/400deca/dbol cycle and I'm eating so much I'm sick of food ... but everyday I'm realizing I need to eat more. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

600-800grams of carbs per day... 3500-4500 cals.. no more than 300grams of protien -MIKE- ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
