fellas, this is probably common sense to must of you but i thought i'd mention it. I know everyone knows about the confusion principle in terms of training. However, i think to many of us try to re-invent the wheel by constantly performing new exercises. My suggestion is to utilize the confusion principle within a training routine that already works for you.Everyone has excercises that they respond better to than others and there is to much you can do in terms of tweaking poundages, rep schemes, exercise order, supersetting etc. Stick to those movements that made you grow in the first place and screw the crazy routines you see in magazines and all the high tech bells and whistles bullshit. just my .02 Mike ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||
