I've been told to start off at one tab a day and work my way up to more tabs and then cycle back down, a lot of people have told me to start off with around 6 tabs a day, and gradually work my way down/ what is best way to get good results? ive heard both ways work, ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

start with 6 and work your way down, but with d-bol alone, don't be surpised if your results are shitty, you need to stack it, I did a dbol/clomid cycle, put on 15 lbs of water retension, and lost it all a month later, stack the D with test, deca or anything. Dbol alone? I don't suggest that. If you are though I would do closer to 10 a day, tapering down for about 5 weeks. If you are doing it in a cycle, the common suggestion on here is 7 a day, tapering down for 5 weeks. Anabolics 2000 suggest that if you take one large dose a day, and that is all. That you will not change your test production, due to only being on for 4 hours a day. So maybe 5 a day for days you lift only, for like 10 weeks? ------------------ "Obsession is passion. Use it.
