.5 mg eod should work, I dont see why the powder would be any different

Never heard of it either but since we're back on the subject...

For those that have used (yes again), what do you prefer? 1/4 tab daily or 1/2 tab EOD? Thanks in advance.

Since arimidex has a half life of about 50 hrs, you only need a dose eod. 1/4 or 1/2 is up to the user. 1/4 is good for me, but with high test or d-bol together you might want 1/2

I personally prefer 1/4 mg ed over 1/2 mg eod. Using it everyday will keep your estrogen levels more constant. We all know what it is like to have fluctuating estrogen levels. One day you aren't bloated and you feel good and the next day it is like you have PMS. Since it is oral I don't see why people don't just use it everyday. It is harder to remember to take it eod anyways. Just my experience.
