Last week I trained heavy. Now I can't get to do 208 lbs on the decline press. I set it up with the shoulders equal to the bar. But now I can't do any more then 2 or 3 reps. Last week I could do 2 sets of 4 reps, then I bumped it to 218 for 3 reps.

What is going on? Diet is okay, but is this from overtraining? Muscles still sore, I am thinking of taking a break for the next 3 days. Feed back would be most welcome.

Definitely a case of overtraining. There will be days when you just can't lift as much for various reasons - maybe too carb depleted, dehaydrated etc. But if your muscles are still sore and you're not feeling strong in that group, it's a good sign they need longer to recover. IronMike
