I don't think I'm clear as to what he was saying... Can you eat "pure" carb meals, like a big bowl of pasta, then for another meal, drink a big protein shake...??? Yes, but it's not convenient or economical, and putting the 2 together helps keep insulin in check (if you're dieting) or can spike it (if you're bulking...) I dont get the question either..In probably 95% of all meals you eat there are some carbs and protein..Unless you follow a very strict diet it would be almost impossible not to mix carbs and protein..Bam Bam ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
