I have a pain in the arch of my left foot that I've had for some time now. It's fine all day but when I try doing standing calf or seated calf raises, it starts to burn. It also starts to hurt when I run. My question is...Would arch supports fix this problem? ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

Jeff, I'm getting some PGF2 and was wondering if you think it'd be okay yto use it while on the Fina/Winny cycle, or would it be best to wait? ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

Mr. H, I used to have this problem for years and couldn't figure out why either. I tried every pair of shoes, combat boots and wrestling shoes that I could find, and still every time I did anything for calves I got that killer cramp. Finally when I tried a pair of Otomix protrainer shoes it helped until they started to become to worn. So what I have to do, is keep a good pair of shoes around like Otomix when doing calves. No this is not an add for Otomix, just my experience. I hope in some way this helps you. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

i had that problem in my left foot a few months ago when i was running alot...my dad (a doc) said i had pulled my plantar fascia (or something like that)..basically my foot was flattening out due to no arch supports...got some new nike air max's...put the enclosed foam bad boys in and viola, no foot problems... ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

I'm with special_B on the Plantar Fascia thingme (fallen arches). A friend of mine a couple of years ago had it in both feet and let it get really bad. She couldn't walk more than a block or so by the time she went for physio. It took her about three months of therapy just to be able to walk to the bus or cycle. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

H, no you can mix them, but you have to be carefull. Shooting PGF2a after your roid shot can give an effect way to strong. I have my article (5 months of PGF2a use) ready to post here, i have also sent it to the Iron Room and they will put it on their site. When they do i will post it here. I asked them to put it on their web site, since here on EF, it will be gone after 2 days (you know EF, the fastest moving discussion board on the web, and this is no joke). ------------------ Don't look back, life is too short ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

I had a problem with the same thing years ago. I bought these things that you put in your soles, kinda like a orange slice, it basically fills the area between the arch and the sole. you can try that. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

With mixing i mean, you can take both, don't mix them in a syringe. I know you wouldn't do that, but there are others who read this also, so sorry for the wrong words. ------------------ Don't look back, life is too short ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

Depending on where you are describing the pain to be, it can be several things. 1) Plantar fascitis (imflamtion of the support structure for the planter surface of the tarsals and metatarsals) ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

plantar facitis gets my vote..or along those lines.. always have a good shoe or support. even though the shoe still looks good (outside) doesnt mean that you havent worn out the support system. do some light stretching for it. pull your toes back lightly.. look up some sites for the feet, find some other stretches. it really isnt a bad thing, goes away but you need to lighten up on it till its better 10 dyas should do it, calves should be done light, but keep full range of motion. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
