Anyone do it? I had some General Tso's chicken and fried rice yesterday and feel guilty. I'm craving it again today but I'm trying to resist. Please tell me that it's alright! ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

Mr.H, I live in NY too. Love the stuff. Its so easy to just pick up a menu and order. Not to mention walking down the street post workout. I would just say no. There are better calories and much better protien sources and I'm sure you know it. If you can't resist, just tell me when and where and I'll finish your meal for you. I'm bulking. Good luck and stay the course. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

Mr. H, you gotta resist it. Think about how bloated you are gonna look in the morning. Think about how you will be saving another cats life by not ordering!!!! ah fuck it! now Im hungry for some chinese. ![]() ![]() ![]()

Think of how you want to look and then ask yourself how bad you want it. It's all about desire and discipline. Have steamed rice with chicken and broccoli, no sauce ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

The guys are right, if you're cutting, then you want to avoid most chinese food. General Tso's chincken is loaded with fat, and most of the other dishes are loaded with sodium. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

I think if you stick with a little steamed rice and a stir fried type of chicken (not deep fried and battered like Gen. Tso's Chicken) it would not be too bad, but you shouldn't do this every day. I will eat Chicken and Broccoli with steamed rice on carb load days...Hell, I'll call the order in when I leave the gym so I can pick it up on the way home. Chinese tastes even better post workout. ![]() ![]() ![]() |
