I went to the doctor yesterday for a general followup and since my blood pressure was high they decided to take a blood test. I told them I always have elevated blood pressure on ephedrine and I thought it was the cause. My results are already in and they called me to tell me everything is abnormal. I have to take a new 1 next week. There are a couple things I can pinpoint the cause and some I cannot.

Here's my gear for the past 4 weeks
100mg EOD winstrol / 350mg week equipoise
Lipokinetix 2 caps 3 times per day
Triax 3 caps per day
low carb diet / cardio 4 times per week for 35 minutes.

I have dropped about 20 pounds. I know it is too excessive for 4 weeks but I have made a huge difference. 260lbs to 240lbs.

Heres some of my blood results
High glucose levels - strange, ate my last meal at 830pm, did cardio at 6am kept fasting and had my blood test at 9am. Nearly 13 hours no food and cardio to top it off. What may be the cause of the high blood glucose levels?

TSH low - It looks like my thyroid is shutting down from the low cal diet and the combo of Triax and Lipo.

Low potassium levels. 2 weeks ago I started taking a strong potassium/magnesium supplement to combat cramps. it's gotton much better but I can't get it up. (don't tell me to eat bananas either)

High creatine levels - no shit, maybe that's from taking creatine.

Apparently there is plenty more on the chart they didn't get into because they are all highs and lows with nothing normal.

I may not be very healthy right now, but I look good...

Anyone have ideas on the blood glucose? That's the one that's bothering me.

Some of you may remember these pics. Me at 270. I took 3 weeks off lifting before I started my diet. I was 260 with a lot of the bloat gone. Now I am 240 and can see a lot more definition.

I can't help you much on the glucose issue. The high creatine level is probably creatinine- a waist compound of creatine. This level is always high post workout. Hope this helps a bit. Good luck!!
