Being a newbie on the board, I'm still trying to feel my way around. If anyone can send me to a good workout in the archives I would appreciate the map. Came off of a run about three months ago and I need to get back on the train. I want to get back into decent shape before I start my next run. Any suggestions?

I don't have a link, but off the top of my head, I'd tell you this...1)If you're doing enough sets (volume), then you should only need to hit each bodypart (with the exception of abs, and maybe calves/forearms) once every 6-7 days. 2)Make sure you're doing the basic moves--squats, deads, bench, etc., but also incorporating isolation exercises, too, to fully overload each and every muscle fiber each and every workout! 3)Most people hate cardio, but I actually enjoy it. I am bulking right now (up over 20 pounds this last month--dbol and eq and the "see-food" diet, where I eat everything I see!) but still incorporate 3-4 "light" cardio sessions each week, in the morning on an empty stomach, just to keeo my metabolism spiked! 4)E-mail me if you have any specific questions on diet/training/supplementation, etc. I was new to this game just a little while ago, and enjoy passing on the knowledge that I've acquired--and am still acquiring!
