Well I decided to try to get to 5% bf before my next cycle.

I just started taking 8 tabs of Hydroxycut 2 tabs four times daily, with 40 minutes of cardio with my regular workout daily. I have already dropped 9lbs. in 4 days. could this be water weight that I am dropping? I haven't noticed any size decrease as of yet but I have noticed strength decrease.

my meals go like this.

wake up pop 2 tabs wait half hour eat 3 whole eggs with half a pita bread.

then half hour later pop 2 more tabs wait half hour then hit the gym.

after gym eat a fairly good meal with low fat and no sugar.

then pop 2 more tabs 15 minutes after the good meal I eat.

then I pop two more tabs half hour before dinner then that's it. Also I am intaking very little sugar and low carbs and as low as possible in the fat department.

I will continue with the hydroxycut until I have finished then I will start Xedrine at four tabs daily. once my bottle of that is done I will start with the Eca.

4 weeks after last cycle weight: 230lbs.
current weight after 4 days of cutting faze
is 221lbs. I sure hope I don't loose too much muscle from this cycle but my next mass cycle is going to be a good one anyway.

I will keep you all posted on my results

Are you weighing yourself at the same time every day?
You can swing several lbs of water in a day.
I don't think that your body can metabolize (burn) that much fat that quickly...
But I could be wrong.

Seriously, thats alot in 4 days. Although I once dropped similar poundages in a week dieting and using ECA. Mostly water.

When starting to diet the first few days you will lose quite a lot of weight in a relatively short period of time. This is due to not only water being lost but also your glycogen stores are being depleted. This is also why you will have less strength. Dont pay too much attention to the scales but more on looking in the mirror or having regular body fat tests done. Later bro

hes just droped water thats all if he eats more carbs he will put it back on as quickly as it come off no fat as been lost yet.
