Well I decided to try to get to 5% bf before my next cycle.

I just started taking 8 tabs of Hydroxycut 2 tabs four times daily, with 40 minutes of cardio with my regular workout daily. I have already dropped 9lbs. in 4 days. could this be water weight that I am dropping? I haven't noticed any size decrease as of yet but I have noticed strength decrease.

my meals go like this.

wake up pop 2 tabs wait half hour eat 3 whole eggs with half a pita bread.

then half hour later pop 2 more tabs wait half hour then hit the gym.

after gym eat a fairly good meal with low fat and no sugar.

then pop 2 more tabs 15 minutes after the good meal I eat.

then I pop two more tabs half hour before dinner then that's it. Also I am intaking very little sugar and low carbs and as low as possible in the fat department.

I will continue with the hydroxycut until I have finished then I will start Xedrine at four tabs daily. once my bottle of that is done I will start with the Eca.

4 weeks after last cycle weight: 230lbs.
current weight after 4 days of cutting faze
is 221lbs. I sure hope I don't loose too much muscle from this cycle but my next mass cycle is going to be a good one anyway.

I will keep you all posted on my results

That much that fast is probably water weight. During hardcore dieting, you will typically lose 5-10 lbs of water weight in the first week. That's my experience anyway.

i agree with mav, although the way that you're describing your meals, i do not think you're putting enough emphasis on the diet....tell us exactly what the 'fairly good meals' are consisting of, and tell us times that your meals are too

PS...i'd throw out the pita bread and eat 1/2 to 1 cup of oats in the mornings instead

Well basically I get up a 9:00am pop pills,9:30am eat first meal(I will try the oatmeal things thanks Pharmanimal)10:00am pop pills,10:30am hit the gym until 12:30pm come home and eat meal usually contains(chicken or tuna with vegetables and just enough rice.)1:30pm pop pills again.(I have started to go jogging 30 minutes after the pills I pop at 1:30pm.)by the time I am done this it is about 3:00pm. at around 4:30pm I pop two more pills then wait for dinner which is usually between 5:00pm and 5:30pm. dinner usually consist of some sort of meat, some pasta or potatoes, with vegetables. I was thinking about throwing in a can of tuna or something around 7:00pm but haven't yet because I don't want to fuck with something that seems to be working. I have also considered making my meals smaller and more frequent but still waiting to see what happens with what I am doing.

i'd say most of what you lost is water weight. but that always happens to me too
when i first start dieting. keep with it and the fat will disappear. by the way, don't hydroxycut and xenadrine already have eca in them?

The first weeks the most are water,remember take a lot of protein and some complex carb after training,or you are going to lose some gain.
