Do any of you guys get a really bloated stomach, just under the ribs / below the chest. Everytime I hit the androgens my upper stomach sticks way out. Most people will realize that it's not a belly b/c it's not down around my waist, but I really don't care for it too much......     | ||

Arimidex at 1/4 tab ed works great. I normally put on 10-15 lbs of water the first two weeks but the Arimidex has kept it off. Although its active-life is 50 hours I have found that when taking 1/2 tab eod I feel and look bloated by my next dose. So I like the 1/4 tab ed much much better. This will work best with test and doesn't help with bloating due to progesterone. Later, | ||

I've not used arimidex before, but I'd like to know, doesn't it hinder some of your gains? I mean, are you noticing some muscle mass? Because I believe you need some water and estrogen for succesful muscle mass, besides to lubricate joint pain. Other than that, since you mentioned 1/2 tab EOD, does that 1 day actually make a big difference in bloating? Thats kinda hard to imagine. Let me know, thanks. | ||

Upjohn,1mg of arimidex would "block" 80%-90% from your aromatization process so when taking 0.25-0.5 mg ,the process is not intairly blocked so est' for water & fat, and dht for strenth would be available. | ||

Do you bros think it's from all the AS or just from all the food/cals that we're eating while on? I know if i'm bulking, i always feel bloated after i eat. if i am dieting, I always seem a little hungry...damn low carbs LOL. | ||

I don't think that arimidex hinders gains significantly. Since you retain less water you aren't as strong and heavy so that could lead to maybe a pound or two less of muscle. That is insignificant when considering the fact that you won't be as bloated and your blood pressure won't skyrocket. My current cycle is polysteron and nor200 and I am up almost 15 lbs in the first month. I am still retaining some water due to the nor200 but not near as much as normal. When I finish with this cycle I hope to only loose about 5 lbs or so of water. Arimidex also eliminates the "rebound" effect of estrogen when you stop taking nolvadex so you have very little chance of getting gyno. Later, |
