I haven't hit legs in alomost a month now. I'm due for 'em tomorrow. I got a football game sunday but got legs tomorrow. How can I make sure I'm not sore. I know about streching and drinking mad water. NEED HELP! | ||

NW.....JUST GO EXTREMELY LIGHT AND USE SLOW, DEEP, HIGH REPETITIONS....AND STRETCH BEFORE, DURING AND AFTER YOU DO YOUR LEGS! THIS WILL HELP YOU! I USED TO DO LEGS THE MORNINGS BEFORE BASEBALL GAMES, AND IT HELPED! ------------------ BONERS ARE FUN FOR GIRLS TO SIT ON!! | ||

I'd say don't lift legs until after the game. You still could go light but since it's been a month I'd be afraid my performance might suffer. Just my 2 cents. | ||

I did a few light leg extention and leg curls and standing calves raises. I stretched really good and I'm do the same tonight. I'm drinkning mad water today too. If I hit too hard Monday without prior tear. I won't be able to walk. Thanks for the unfollowed advice... | ||

If you have to train light and easy then it won't do shit for muscle or strenght gains so skip the workout. High intensity produces results period. Train legs after the game... ------------------ |
