Need some assistance here please: My goal is to get the lean-muscular look. Here's my stats: 6'1 230-240 pounds, size 40 waist, 14 inch arms. As you can see I've got a belly on me that I want to get rid of quickly. Im hoping somewhere out here can assist/aid me in what to take, how to take it, help me reach my goal in the fastest/safest possible way. Please help me, I've been trying every over the counter crap you see on TV Thanks | ||

bro, i think, IMHO, thats you should check you diet, hit the cardio hard and use the e/c/a stack. 25mg ephedrine, 200mg caffine, and 325mg aspirin. take that 3 times a day and do you cardio on an empty stomach in the morning when you wake up. i think by doing that, you should be able to drop your gut that you ont want. ------------------ | ||

Do a search on the following: ECA This will give you an idea of what's out there. With a 40 inch waist bro I'd start with looking at your diet if I were you. Then look at your cardio. Then your training. I'd do all of the above before taking drugs to make it easier. It'll only male you more lazy in the long run. | ||

The Body For Life boof is pretty good for starters, but I would suggest something else. I am in favor of a Ketogenic diet. I probably like this so much because it worked so well for me but let me tell ya, it does work for most people. Like I said in earlier post, I lost 70lbs in about 6 months. Buy the book Body Opus or do a search for the Lyle McDonald Body Opus pages to get a good idea of what the diet is like. Be forewarned- THIS IS NOT AN EASY DIET! It sounds great because you get to eat all this fat but while your on the diet you don't want to eat fat, you want surgar and carbs and all the crap you can't have. Also, there is no cheating on this diet! If you cheat, even once per week, you will get fatter. And be careful. If you have high cholesterol or heart desease do something else, thike the Bill Phillips thing. Don't even think about roids until you lose the weight and train for a while naturally. Good luck! | ||

I dont know what you are doing for workout routines, but really the best bet to get lean is lift hard and eat right. Yes an e/c/a stack will help, but you still have to to the cardio and eat clean. Good luck! | ||

Well in june I was 294 today 225 down to a 35" waist from a 40. It was all due to a strick diet cardio 4x per week half hour min and hit the iron hard. the aonly pills I took were e/c/a and only for a short period. trouble | ||

Diet first then cardio. I know it might not be what you wanted to here but that is the answer, just to get you started anyway. | ||
