Tell whoever it is to give you their name, address and MTCN number on the form. Plus they need to give you the question and answer they put on the form. You should then be able to pick it up. I know some places won't do it without an ID even if you do know the question and answer, but you can just ask the teller then. ------------------ Rock On!
