Well I am going to once again take some T-3 and I am well aware of not doing an excessive amount or for an excessive length of time. I will slowly taper up and down but want to know have you guys had better results by splitting up the dosage throughout the day versus say just taking it in the morning? Also what type of diet is most effective? I was thinking of trying a carb restricted diet this time? Any input once again would be appreciated.

Are you cutting up?

Defintely split the doses between when you wake up and when you go to sleep.

Say a 3 wk cycle: 111222333444333222111

I have heard that 3 hours apart is sufficient.

You should do a search and look under T3:Warlobo. Warlobo has an excellent post on the stuff. I took his advice when it was my first time and it worked great. It also posted on the woman's board, so check it out.

Warlobo advises extremely high doses of t3, on that end i wouldn't follow his advice , however the rest of his advice is solid for sure. You should split the dosage throughout the day in an effort to keep blood levels steadier, however taking a tab too close to sleeptime can cause some problems so plan accordingly.
