Iwa just wondering how many you take somebody told me one a week and it also helps get rid of mild existing gyno, I've had the operation, before and I don't want to get it again for so little.

Take 1/4 of a pill eod. The pill has a half-life of about 50 hrs. I used it at that dose and it actually made my gains look better because water reten. was lower. Its the best anti estro out there.

Unless the ENTIRE gland is removed, you can re-aquire gyno.

I was told if when someone has gyno surgery, the basic process of the surgery is to have the gland removed. Is that not customary? Why have the surgery and not have the gland removed?

A lot of surgery is simply liposuction, removal of the fat that has built the breast, the other involves the removal of the gland which can involve a serios lump look (indented ) around the nipple.

I had gyno surgery on my right nipple and I never notice puffiness on that side. When I was on naposim I noticed a little puffiness on my left side, so I assume the gland was removed from the right side whenver the surgery was done. I've thought about getting the gland removed from the left side so I don'tahve to worry about gyno anymore period, but it would set me back alot on my workout.
