OK. I've been reading posts on this and some people are taking in insane amounts of calories while cycling. Now to me this is stupid. I understand that if you're on a bulking cycle you're bulking (fat, water, etc.) My cycle consists of:
Week 1-8 Sust 500
Week 1-4 Dbol 40 35 30 25
Week 3-10 Deca 400
Week 7-12 Winny 50 EOD
Not to mention Proviron from 2 weeks before to 12th week.
Anyways I want to eat as clean as possible (limit carbs, fat) and just inhale protein to make up for this. I was thinking of taking from 3000 - 4000 cals a day. So it'd be about Carbs 15% Fat 15% Protein 70%. I waqnt to have added at least 10 - 15 lbs. of LEAN muscle while dropping the BF a little. That's why I'm running the Deca to hit the test. and the winny for when I start cardio.
Can someone please help my cuz I'm totally FRUSTRATED !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
BTW 5'10 183lbs. 13.5%BF

I made the mistake of trying to eat too cleanly during the first part of my first cycle. I stuck to chicken breast, tuna, turkey breast, low-carb shakes, etc. After about 5 weeks I wasn't pleased with my progress, so I started eating steaks, burgers, high-carb foods, just about anything that wasn't too high in fat or sugars, and the muscle really started packing on. Overall I gained around 25 lbs and kept 20 of it. So I basically learned if you wanna grow, you've gotta eat. If you want to add muscle, you've gotta eat. It's nearly impossible to add muscle without adding *some* fat. Leave the low-carb, low-fat diets for cutting. And looking at the gear you're using, you aren't doing a cutting cycle. You can always cut up at the end of this bulking cycle.

Hey man those ratios look like a cutting diet for sure, I have even seen a pre contest dietthat resmbles that, with far less calories however. You are not going to make acceptable progress like that, and you will be wasting your gear.you gotta eat your complex carbs, it is essential while bulking, some simple sugars also. Bulk now , don't worry about the bf, cut later, don't make the mistake of trying to do both at the same time.

Try 20 cal/lb of LBM. Use a 50%carb-25%prot-25%fat split.

Every morning in Africa, a lion wakes up. It realizes that it must run faster than the slowest gazelle, or it will starve to death.

The moral?

It doesn't matter whether you are a lion or a gazelle, when the sun comes up - you had better be running.

during last cycle of test and deca I stuck to the basic bodybuilding diet, chicken breasts, eggs, tuna so on.
didnt put on the weight I wanted, next time I will eat absolutely anything I want. As long as I get a gram of protien per lb of weight a day at the least.
I guess it was kinda hard to eat crazy being a former fat kid.

I hear that. My first cycle came about a month after a 6-month cutting diet, and it was really hard to switch over from the "clean" foods I had gotten used to to a bulking diet.
