Hey guys,

I just watched Nasser El Sonbay's training video and I was just wondering if anyone else has seen it. Now firstof all, this guy is fuckin HUGE. I mean big MOFO. The guy's chest is phenominal .. you'll catch yourself saying "holy shit" during the entire video. Having said that, I have to admit the guy's training is less than .. umm how should I say it ... impressive. I know its precontest and he says he's low carbing it (although twice he eats a shit load of papya after training) but I have keto'ed it too for quite a while and have trained harder than that. I guess its not the intensity that that surprised me as much as his shitty form... everything was really, REALLY loose. I nearly shit myself when he was squatting / leg pressing ... talk about no depth. Oh well, I guess this is just the mindless chatter of a 180 lb., dieting pussy but I have never seen a pro train before and I just assumed it would be more impressive. But that aside, he is one big dude... he's gotta be putting down at least 3-4 g of test a week. Oh, btw, check out that GH gut... YIKES!

I had the pleasure of seeing ronnie coleman train in person. Not too impressive, it was off-season, and you bro's have seen his off-season pics, fuckin huge. The weights he used were superhuman, but it was easy for him. Maybe not superhuman, he squated 585 and maxed you the leg press machine. But the intensity was pretty low, no sweat or anything like that.

This has happened to me I used to use heavy weights for squats 600 pound at times warm up for 20 with 405 during my power lifting daays. But as I ahve put on 60 pounds am now 300 depth has gone away that overall strenght gone I am stronger off cycle than on becasue the pumps are un fucken believable
