I know sus is suppose to take few weeks to kick in, but I haven't gained a pound. There im already half way through my cycle and I'm starting to feel a little depressed about it. I thought that I'd maybe gain a little from the deca at least..300mg/wk. It's true that I haven't eaten much the past 6-7 days because ive been so busy, but im picking my diet back up. Im beginning to lose hope and think that I just wasted my money. All I was looking for was about 15-20lbs...is it possible to gain that in the remaining 4 weeks? Any feedback is appreciated.

first is the shit real, now if so you got to eat alot, and also deca dont start fully working for 6 weeks, if its laurabolin it can take as much as 9 weeks, sustanon can take up to 4 weeks to start working, just be patient, wait two more weeks, but you should have gained about 5 pounds just off eating and the mental edge.

I was eating fine...it's just the last weeks been a bad one. Do you guys think it's possible to gain my 15/20lbs in the last half? My pumps feel good in the gym and all, but I just havent gained any weight at all.

Also, ive been trying to eat healthy too...should I just say screw it and eat everything in sight? I get sick of eating the same foods all the time. I just don't wanna gain too much fat..I gain fat easily. Thats why ive been trying to eat cleanly, but im thinking maybe I should just start eating whatever to get my moneys worth...what do you guys think?

Your making a big mistake: either cut up or bulk up. When you try to limit your fat gains your shooting yourself in the foot, eat everything in sight (obvioulsy not donuts) but anything high in protein and carbs. Youll get enough fat once you start eating anything that has high protein carbs.

You wont gain alot of muscle if your not feeding them, you will put on a little fat, but not a whole lot at all - the AS's give you some lee-way (sp I know) there.

So you think I shouldn't try and limit my fat intake too much? I could eat more Burger King and pizza? I guess i'll just let myself go and eat whatever. I was just worried of gaining more fat than muscle...okay, starting today, I'm gonna eat everything in sight.

4 weeks and no gains sounds fishy. I was going thru radiation treatment to my stomach and I managed to gain almost 20lbs while I was going thru treatment in two weeks. My appetite wasn't the greatest and I had a hard time eating. So no gains at all sounds like some fake gear to me....

I gained over 10 pounds in 2 weeks on deca alone. It was becuase I ate everythig I got my hands on and ate all day long. If your doing things right you should already have that 20-30 pounds that you want. It may be water and fat mixed in with the muscle gain but you should be gaining weight like crazy!

The biggest mistake most people make when trying to gain size is limiting their fat. VERY hard to put on size if you're trying to eat fat free. If you're worried about putting on too much fat, up your fat intake and cut your carbs.

Hey bro, like everyone else has said...EAT, EAT,EAT!!! Get lots of chicken, steak, whole eggs, tuna, potatoes, rice, peanut butter, and milk ect. as your staples in your diet and basically anything else you can get your hands on. You said you haven't ate much for the past 6-7 days, that's a week of undereating. Up your calories with lots of protein and carbs and you should put on some good muscle and weight. Hope that helps a little bro, good luck.

And I mean eat everything. DO NOT cut back on fat. Make a conscious effort to eat LOTS of fat, but don't combine it with carbs. If you see after three or four weeks you are getting fat, then you can invest in some winny or something mild to help you diet down for a short period at the end. But without fat, your gains will be limited. IronMike

Eat everything. Fat has 9 calories per gram and protien and carbs have 4 cals per gram. It's easier to get the needed calories by increasing all of it. You may increase your bodyfat some but when gaining mass, you must accept some body fat. Lots of protien is needed as well, especially stacking with deca. Worry about cutting up for later. Good luck.

I am in my second week of 750mg of sust and 200mg of deca weekly and i got no gains yet. My AS is Real i bought it in the farmacy.
so Follow the big guys advice and eat like an ethopian.
