I am in the 4th week of a sust/d-bol cycle. I have developed a bump about the size of a dime in the left nipple. I was waiting to see if it got worse it hasn't but I'm still not going to fuck around anymore. I was wondering how much nolvadex to take because I have never had a problem with gyno before and don't know the doses. I looked some shit up on it, but want to here from some of you that know cause I don't want know titties. However you spell it. THANKS    | ||

take one 20mg tab a day. Try to get some arimidex to completely wipe out the estrogen. Its costly,but so is the cost of surgery and paranoia that you give yourself by touching ing it 30times a day! | ||

if all you have is nolvadex I would take 20mg a day, split up into two seperate doseages. | ||

I took 40mg of Nolvadex for only 3 days, and my hurting stopped, and since then, i havent had any more problems from it. Yeah, my tits are a little puffy from when it started coming on, but you can hardly tell unless you are me.  If i were you, i would do like i did.....take a 20mg pill 2 times a day, at least for 3 days, and see what happens. I dont know why, but the pain is gone, no more puffiness, and i havent taken nolvadex since then.......about 1 1/2 weeks ago. ------------------ | ||

Yeah, listen to these guys...even if you take the nolva and do compromise your gains, it is ungoddly better than what I'm going through, I was in the middle of a sust cycle with no nolva, no nothing (I know, I know!) and they got sore, but no lump...2 weeks after I got off, the lump came and it got bigger...now they're puffy ( weeks later),and I'm completely freaked out. 5lbs is not worth the mental anguish. tb | ||
