Ok,
I have not been able to get good outer chest developement at all. Right under neath my armpit, the area is soft like it is fatty? What can I do to remedy this?

Hey Bignick, #1-ignore stupid-ass posts like the one above mine, and #2-try doing some cable cross-overs (although I don't personally actually "cross-over...") and see what angle hits you the best...wide flyes, incline or flat, should help, too. And maybe even some upright rows (barbell) for the front delt/upper chest region...just my 2 cents, hope it helps!

Hey bro, try some dips ( weighted dips if you can)and go as low as you can (don't hurt yourself) and some flyes like Badkins suggested. Hope that helps.
