<10% fat 6500 calorie diet, that's a hard thing to do, and actually eat it. I'd be interested in seeing it if you have the time.

your right, it is hard. last night i had to sleep on my side because my stomach was so full of food that it hurt. yesterday looked a little like this:

1 loaf of wheat bread (70 cal slice, 1g fat)
80oz skim milk (90 cal, fat free)
about 4 cups of black eyed peas
6 whey isolate protein shakes
half jar of All Fruit jelly
1 banana
post workout shake (125g dextrose, 80g hydro whey)
3 cans of tuna
5 potatoes heavy on the ketchup
1/2lb of turkey (1g fat serving)

i'm pretty sure i left some things out but that is pretty much it. i split it into about 10 meals.

i'm a soon to be big mofo, but a long way to go. right now i'm 5'10" 170 lbs @ 10% bf, but i'm young and just started hardcore lifting (injuries, couldn't help it). i took before pics but i'm not gonna put them up until i finish my cycle.

believe me, eating this much food is just as painful as it sounds. gas hasn't been that bad actually, but damn do i hate the sight of food.

We talked briefly about your plan before. Keep us posted because I honestly want to know how long you can keep eating such a large volume of food before "production" can no longer keep up with intake. I had a friend that actually became constipated and could not keep solid food down because he was literally stuffed full of food. Please listen to reason when I say that if you are feeling pain from eating, something is wrong.

Come on guys a loaf a bread is very easy to eat! Make 3 or 4 jelly sandwiches and toast the rest. I like to dip the toated bread into milk it goes down real easy. I think you eat more just add more juice(gear).

Will will not be 170 for long at that rate!!

I like to mix the beans, with tuna and rice in a big bowl and eat it all day long.

checkmate is right, eating this much food isn't fun but it is very possible. my stomach did swell up pretty bad at the end of the day, but it was the beans, i had all 4 cups in the last 5 hours of the day. today ive taken in 4000 calories so far (3 meals left) and the stomach pain has actually subsided. the loaf of bread wasnt that hard to eat, i jellied them or had them with the turkey and fat free cheese. as you would expect, i am taking in huge amounts of fiber, probably around 125g, so i would not expect constipation to be a problem. and currently, i am not in school so i can dedicate myself to eating. i agree that this might not be practical for most ppl, but at least for now i can handle it.

timac: cycle is 1.2g of total steroids. 400mg deca/wk, 90mg winny ED, 25mg A-bomb ED

The most important thing to make you do is stay very hydrated. If you are taking in 125+ grams of fiber it can turn into a tree stump very quickly, and you don't want to go see Dr. Jelly Finger.

I can believe it, especially as you are so young. When I was younger I could eat that much, maybee even more as I had such a fast metabolism. This was the case when I was natural as well. At the time my waist was 28" and I was even lighter. These days I can't eat any where near as much, my waist is now 30-32 during bulking but it's like my stomach has shrunk or something. I am currently having eating competitions with a guy at the gym who's much bigger than me. He's about 320lb. Keeps me motivated to eat.

The question here is 10% or less than that fat on a 6500 cal diet. I think some might be missing the point. I think its very possible to eat 6500 cals, I know b/c I hae done it, not for a long time obviously but its def. possible, here is what I find hard to believe: hell sustain that much cals at that low a fat% for any period of time over a week.

I think you should take a pic d1734 and show us how a man of 170 progresses on a diet of 6500 cals at less than 10% fat. Black out your face so your anon. Take a pic today, post it so we know its really you, and then after your cycle. I will be the first one to commend you if you prove it.

Ive never seen anyone eat that much without throwing up or being a fat bastard. Which is how you will end up, a fat bastard. Fat doesnt mean shit, you still have to burn off those calories unless you are taking crazy amounts of AS. (Like an E2 cycle for example)
Even then you will still be fat-
