Man! The new add banner and EF email I received (EFN: Pre mastectomy picture of a boy age 15 with breast development.) is FUCKING NASTY!!! I don't want to see that shit!

I completely agree. No one want wants to see this. But no one wants gyno either, and yet the surgical removal business is booming. I hope you took the time to read my article.
