Gentlemen, Before anyone jumps the gun, several weeks ago I shipped out a few of my video tapes and customers complained they were blank. I consulted the Post Office and they indicated that the tapes were probably shipped along with something magnetic thus resulting in destruction of the footage. All the customers have had there merchandise replaced, and to make amends I have offered them 50% (1/2 price) off all future orders. i stand behind my product and service.
