height--6'3''

weight--195

bf--10%

did a shitty d-bol cycle about 5 months ago, but all my gains were lost, this pic is all natural. Looking to do a deca/something cycle within the next 3 or 4 months.

have put on 35lbs naturally the last 2 years, I don't consider myself that big but hopefully I can pack on another 35 with my new bulking diet and a better cycle.

Good luck with your next cycle. You say you lost your size from last shit cycle. Did you maintain any strength?

6'3" 195? You must have skinny legs, b/c by your upper body you look bigger than that.

props for picture posting.

Very good bro,
looks like you have some nice development on your arms and chest,
My personal critique would be to put some more size on your shoulders. your traps are coming along well but adding some fullness to your shoulders would make a world of difference,

very good bro, you look bigger than 193lbs.

You look very thick, and have decent veins in the biceps! Nothing to be ashamed of bro, good luck with the cycle! And I agree with Slopain, I wish everyone had the balls to post pictures!

you're doing great so far... seems the shoulders could use a catching up with the traps, arms and chest... try this.. i did it to get my shoulders more round... when you start you're next cycle.. do 6-8 sets of one armed side raises twice a week and start your delt workout with that.. good luck

Great arm. I bet when you cut up they're vascular as hell. Your shoulders need a little work

yea slo, my legs are pretty much non existant, I've been hitting them hard lately, but most of my weight is in the upper body. I agree my shoulders need some work, thanks for all the replies.

Bubba--I really didn't keep anything, but that was my own fault, my diet was a joke, I was taking in probably about half the amount of carbs and calories that I needed. I wasn't aware of it at the time, my cycle was pretty bullshit anyways, most of my gains were nothing but water retention, most people who have taken d-bol alone have said they have lost most or all of their gains within a month or two, so basically, I wouldn't recommend d-bol alone, and if you are wondering, I did take Clomid. If you are going to juice, YOU BETTER EAT!!

Chest and arms are looking pretty good. Like everyone else said, hit those shoulders HARD! I'd prioritize them in training. Heavy shoulder press, front, side and rear laterals will help a lot! Oh, and upright rows. COMMENCE LIFTING!
