I'd like an honest survey of the board as to the following. How many cycles have you run in a lifetime and your present weight, height, and % body fat. I feel some of you are fooling yourself about A/S and the actual gains you keep over time.
I'll start.. 2 cycles, 250/6'2"/18%...Not impressive ab-wise,I know, but then again I'm 46 years old..Liposuction would help me though!!!

6'1" - 220. Last cycle was my third, and the best in terms of retaining gains. Began 5 week cycle of Rocket Fuel(1 cc every 4 days along with a cc of EQ for pain). Started at 207 at 10.3% BF - Peaked at 223 at 9.8%. Three weeks post cycle at 220 and 10.1%.

I am interested in what the vets have to say too!
Personally, one cycle, kept 19lbs and I did not even lift after my cycle due to shoulder surgery 3 weeks after I was off. Pretty impressive to me!

I've done maybe 8 cycles, 215# now, at 6'0", maybe 10% bodyfat. I LOOk a lot better than those stats. And that is what it is really about. We keep talking about *gains* meaning weight, but I have been on cycles where I don't gain any more weight but I LOOK like I'm morphing into the hulk. Likewise, I am never impressed by how much someone *weighs*. Most people with killer physiques don't necessarily weigh ungodly amounts.
More to the topic at hand..I find that with each cycle, I gain less weight when i go on, then lose less when I go off. I keep LOOKING better, but I don't gain nearly as much as the first cycles, nor get as puffy, nor do I "deflate" as much after. It's more like quality muscle all the time.
