I've been on fina for over 4 months now and i still havent had any problems. my urine got dark for a little while but its because i wasnt drinking enough. now i drink a lot of water and at leased one large gatorade a day. it heped a lot. now the urine is nice and clear. no kidney pain either. hey put it this way, im 6'1" and 275lbs and i play flag football. i ran from midfield to the one yard line outrunning the cornerbacks that weigh only 160 or so. they are fast and i outran them. unbelievable stuff Fina is. oh we scored on the next play so ha. | ||

6'1" 275, out running the cornerbacks and your the flag football king or the world. I have some advice. XFL, give them a call. | ||

I've been on fina for as long as 10 weeks at 86md ed, no problems at all, but i was taking my liver helpers and drinking tons of water and cranberry juice. Nothing really changed in terms of my kidneys or liver. ------------------ | ||

Was that a fina alone cycle? What other "liver helpers" are there besides milk thistle? Go Big- | ||

stay on as long as you want. but i have heard from some that you shouldn't stay on fina for more than 4-6 weeks. it really depends on the individual and dosages. |
