Picked up a bottle of Humulin-R and curious as to how to take it and what kind of results i can expect. i know to take it with carbs and I have been told to take .2ml after training...any advice?     | ||

On the SEARCH option, just type in insulin, and you'll come across a thread by MONSTER, I think it may be the first thread that comes up. I think he just posted it very recently, but that thread contains all the info. you'll need, and it's very easy to understand. | ||

You can't use a needle that is calibrated in mL. You will never get the right measurement. You need to get insulin needles that are marked in IU's. D. | ||

If you use 2ml of humalinR you could go hypoglycemic and DIE within a couple of hours of injecting it through your body shutting down its essential organs. Your friend probably meant to start with 2iu. Do some research on this bro, I've posted quite a bit on it myself, it's not to be fucked with! | ||

OOPS! Just re-read your post and it did actually say .2ml not 2ml. Even so thats still a lot if you've not done it before. People have very different tolerence levels to it so you should start low at first. |
