I have something I need to discuss with you all. When i eat (almost anything) I tend to get really dman bloated. This is to the point that it seems like I have a huge gut when in fact Im pretty lean. I also get bad heartburn.

I have been to a doctor and they have told me it may be "reflux esophigitis" and even possibly an ulcer. They suggested an endoscopy which is basically a long tube up yer nose and down yer throat. I do not have medical insurance to see.

I take Xantac all the time as well as tums rolaids etc and have tried Twinlabs digestive enzymes. Sice I figure many of you have huge bulking cycles and eat tons, maybe someone out there has some advice to help the bloat.

Thanks

If you have an ulcer or abdominal pain you may benefit from a pharmaceutical called misoprostol (cytotec) i think searle produce it.
Its for arthritis sufferers who take nsaid's
(non steroidal anti inflamitry drugs) because nsaid's cause ulcers.

However it is also used as a labour inducing drug in pregnant women

I get the same pains but usually only after I have eaten my post-workout meal, sometimes really sharp abdominal pains but they do not last long, maybe an hour or so. Mylanta seems to work well but sometimes I have to just stick it out. i have no health insurance either. Maybe we should invest a little os our test $$$ in Vytra
