I have something I need to discuss with you all. When i eat (almost anything) I tend to get really dman bloated. This is to the point that it seems like I have a huge gut when in fact Im pretty lean. I also get bad heartburn. I have been to a doctor and they have told me it may be "reflux esophigitis" and even possibly an ulcer. They suggested an endoscopy which is basically a long tube up yer nose and down yer throat. I do not have medical insurance to see. I take Xantac all the time as well as tums rolaids etc and have tried Twinlabs digestive enzymes. Sice I figure many of you have huge bulking cycles and eat tons, maybe someone out there has some advice to help the bloat. Thanks ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

xcajx If you have an ulcer or abdominal pain you may benefit from a pharmaceutical called misoprostol (cytotec) i think searle produce it. Its for arthritis sufferers who take nsaid's (non steroidal anti inflamitry drugs) because nsaid's cause ulcers. However it is also used as a labour inducing drug in pregnant women ![]() ![]() ![]()

I get the same pains but usually only after I have eaten my post-workout meal, sometimes really sharp abdominal pains but they do not last long, maybe an hour or so. Mylanta seems to work well but sometimes I have to just stick it out. i have no health insurance either. Maybe we should invest a little os our test $$$ in Vytra ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
