I'm going to ask for a blood test from my doctor tomorrow. So far here is what I plan on asking for:

ALA (SGPT)
AST (SGOT)
GGT
Bilirubin
BUN
Creatinine
TSH
CBC
Electrolytes
HDL, LDL, total cholesterol
Free and Total testosterone

Is there anything else important that I'm missing?
