I am 1 week and a 1/2 into my decca 300 cycle. I will add winny after week three. I am using this as a cutting cycle with minimal lean gains. I want to add some quality size to the chest while losing bf. My diet consists of low carbs low fat 300-400grams of protein. But On one of my chest days a week (i do chest twice) would it be smart to have a cheat day. This is so my calorie expenditure would be less than what i took in for that day, thus adding a little more muscle to the chest for that day. ???

try adding a gram or two of test per week....im sure itll make your chest grow!!ahhaha
guess what i stepped on the scale and im up 10 pounds now!! its scary shit!! but i dont see it yet....i think im getting fat...
im workin my ass off in the gym and im eating lots of clean food...i think its the test starting to hold water....
did the deca effect your sex drive??
did u see a difference in weight yet?
and wanna go to facades tonight i heard its not bad on tues..
write back pussy!!!hahah j/k

i dont know about you're "chest day" it was kinda confusing.. but, if you want to put on some size in chest go really HEAVY & lower the reps if you have to.

it took a fukin genious to let us know that u should use heavy weight and low reps....he must have done extensive research and had years of experience for that one...hahahah
