can you use a 22 gauge just the same for quad injections? also is 1 1/2" too long for quads? will this make me less sore than the injection to the glutes?     | ||

I actually hurt more from quad injections, I use 23 gauge and go 1 inch deep for quads, 23 gauge 1 1/2 inch deep for glute. only have pain from the balls of oil in my muscle....i love that feeling | ||

1.5" is not too long for quads. There is no real reason to use more than a 23g. (unless thats all you can get) | ||

23 gauge / 1 inch here for quads. I only do quads (you can watch what you are doing) - never ever had any pain. The muscle just feels a little bit sore 1-2 days, when you are doing oil-based stuff (primo for example). | ||

I use 1.5" 25 gauge needles and I bury it in my quad. There is a nerve about 1" deep in my leg that I glance about 60% of the time and when I do it hurts like hell. I need the extra injection spot so I go ahead and use my quads but it doesn't hurt at all injecting in my glutes or delts. Don't go with the higher gauge needles since you can inject any oilbase drug through a 25 gauge needle with less scar tissue. Later, | ||

I have consistantly used 1 and 1.5" , 23ga. needles for all of my quad injections with no problem whatsoever. I get more control and better aim with the quad injections. The only other suggestion I have is to take it slow. A 3cc injection usually takes about 1.5 minutes. Taking it slow results in almost no pain and very little swelling if any at all. Good Luck. | ||

I use an 1.5 in 23g needle for the quad shots. Push the needle in about 3/4 of the way in and youll be alright. Also to avoid major soreness, dont inject test into the quads, the two times I did, I could barely f-ing walk. For me its: test=ass deca/eq=quad or shoulders trapsaplenty | ||

Test in the quads isnt too bad. I actually like it better than in the ass. I think because they get worked so often the oil breaks down a little easier. I only shoot 1cc of sus + 1-2cc's of EQ in each quad, helps ease the pain, but it has to get in me one way or another. Slopain | ||

I like to do legs on days that I quad inject. I inject before I go to the gym. Maybe it's mental but they just feel a lot better when I do that. | ||

Quad injections are the greatest! I use a 23 x 1 inch pin for mine, and since im doing Ultragan EQ, i only have to inject each leg once per week. Right now im at 550mg of Ultragan. So i did 3cc in one leg and 2.5cc in the other. I dont know why, but the more i inject in my legs the better i feel. I love it! I actually like injecting in my legs a hell of a lot more than my ass, because i can feel the pain in my legs, and i cant in my ass. I guess im weird, psycho, whatever....but im fucking growing and that is all that matters  ------------------ | ||

Like some of the other bros have noted, it's easier to do in the quads, 'cause you can see what you're doing and use both hands. ------------------ |
