Im doind 300mg of EQ a week and 25mg(drinking) of winny ed. I'm up 10 lbs and 3 reps on my 275 flat set and 4 reps on my shoulder 80lbs dumbell press. The winny is working great for strength but the Eq is making me eat to much and I cant get rid of my gut. Question??? If I add T3 to my last 4 weeks Will it hurt my gains or will I get my abs showing. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

Dont add the T3 if you wanna gain muscle, it is extremelly catabolic in anything over 25mcg/day. If you use 1 / day it will be beneficial ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

But on the other hand the other drugs are going to help prevent catabolism. Change your diet first, and do cardio, that is the only way you are going to lose the weight. You can also try clen and or xenydrine. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

I'd finish the cycle. Wait a few weeks for the jewels to come to life and than pin point a cutting cycle if thats your next goal. Don't try and push it all together, better results if you focus on one goal at a time. Bulking/strength/cutting. . .all slightly if not vastly different objectives.
