I cant take anything with ma huang, caffeine etc is there anything that will promote fat loss (for real) that I can take that doesn't have any stimulants? Thanks     | ||

Can you take anything for the thyroid, like T3?? If not, cardio and diet are going to have to get you where you want to be! And those 2 alone CAN WORK, it's just harder without the juice! ------------------ | ||

Conjugated linoleic acid(sp?) tested great, but the stuff the supp companies sold was 90% underdosed or something like that. I think it had to do with chemical breakdown. T3 is not my first choice for a weight loss agent. Why can't you take stims? Peace! ------------------ |
